Hair Comes the Bride

Is anyone familiar with Hair Comes the Bride, based out of Scotch Plains and Greenbrook, NJ? I don't know if i've ever read anything about them on here, so wanted to see if anyone had any experiences with them. Thanks!

    I agree with allie. The hair is pretty outdated. The makeup isnt terrible but definately not my favorite.

    I actually used them!  Website is absolutely awful.  I've never really heard them mentioned here-- I used them because two of my MOH's sisters in law used them and were very happy (one never wears makeup and was happy with the level of makeup used, which was big to me).  

     I wear makeup, but get very uncomfortable with the quantity thereof very quickly, so I was looking for something who was able to do a more natural look.  I wanted to look like me on my wedding day, and I wanted to make sure that I was comfortable looking in the mirror at myself that day.  Looking nice in pictures of course was a plus, but I was unwilling to do makeup that looked heavy in real life just so I'd look good in pictures.  But most of the people commonly recommended here have way too heavy a hand for my liking (most of the "natural" looks that are posted from makeup trials are way beyond what I'd be comfortable with).   Marie was really nice about listening to me and accomodating me.  I was very happy with how things turned out.  They were very reasonable too.

    Yea the website isn't that great... which is why I wanted to ask around on here. I've been communicating w/ them via email and they've been very responsive.
    Uppereastgirl- did you get your hair done by them too? That is great to know about the natural makeup becuase I wear very minimal makeup on a regular day- usually just foundation and bronzer- and FI actually PREFERS me without makeup (I don't get it!!). Anyway so glad to hear someone had a good experience with them!
