Champagne Flute Tag?

Does anybody know where I can find the tags that go around the stem of a champagne glass? They are a circle with a slit that usually has the wedding date or monogram etc.... I searched the web, but have had no luck!

I don't recall ever seeing these, but maybe you can try the DIY or decor boards.

I didn't put them on the stem of the glass, but the slit slid over the top of the class. They were called toasting discs and the girl who did my invitations made them. Although I just googled toasting disc template and a bunch came up.
