I bought my dress on ebay and I am looking for recommendations for a reasonable and reliable seamstress in northern nj. The dress needs to come up a few inches and needs a bustle. I took it to one woman and she quoted me near $500! I only paid $125 for the dress... Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated. Thank you!
