S/O Wishing Wells

Do you wrap the gifts that go in there?  I am attending a shower in a few weeks and have never been to one with a WW before.  Do I wrap and identify it's from me or is it more of an anonymous pile kind of thing?

I had a wishing well at my shower and some of the gifts were wrapped and some weren't, but nobody put their names on the WW stuff. So I guess it's suppose to be anonymous?!

I don't think I have been to a shower were the WW gifts were wrapped or labeled.  Its usually just a bunch of everyday stuff that people just throw in.
