dress stores

I need an Idea of which dress stores in the Middlesex/Mercer/Somerset/ maybe even monmouth county areas have a large selection of bridal gowns other than a davids bridal under or near $1000 budget.  Preferably stores that you have not heard complaints about :)

TIA

I have an appointment at Jefre's Bridal on 22 in Greenbrook this afternoon.  I am on the same budget as you are. I will let you know what I think if them this evening.

If you havent already gone, David's Bridal in East Brunswick was great. I was there last night and it was just me and one other Bride. We got help from the other consultants and they were not pushy. There is also a sale starting today.

This may be too far for you, but I have heard great things about "The Perfect Dress." Its in either Lawrenceville or Trenton on Route 1. I haven't gone there myself, but I have heard that the prices are reasonable.

I think the Macy's in Menlo Mall has a bridal salon.

Jefre's Bridal In Greenbrook was amazing. Their prices range from 700-4000 but they have plenty on the lower side of that. I found the dress of my dreams for 890 with alterations. The consultants there were all very helpfull and gave alot of advice. The quality of the dresses was great.

I went to Jefre Bridal too, and was impressed with the service and the prices. They don't have a ton of dresses out on the racks, but once I started trying things on and pointing out what I liked, the consultant kept going and pulling more dresses from a back room somewhere. Haven't found "the dress" yet, but I would definitely recommend them. I'm planning on trying RK Bridal in the city for selection.
