Does anyone have any recommendations for florists in the Wilmington area? It's time for me to start setting up meetings to discuss flower ideas!

    Verzaal's Florist is who I am having do my flowers. I am a friend of the Danford's (owners) and they are SO nice and very helpful! It's in the shopping plaza by Perry's emporium and Henry's restaurant on Independence.

    Fiore Fine Flowers in Wilmington will be handling my flowers for me. They are really nice and they were able to work within my tiny flower budget.

    Thanks for the input! Both places look good online so I'll set up appointments to chat with both of them.

    jdunn, I'm also working with a SMALL floral budget. Do you mind sharing what you got and about what you paid? I'm really going to try to keep my flower costs below $500.

    Hi, sorry for the delay in response. I've missed a few days.  My budget was super small.  I had about $150.00 for flowers.  I'm not having a reception so all I needed was my bouquet and my BM bouquets and a boutinierre for the groom.  All cala lillies.  Very simple but beautiful.  I'm getting married on the beach and using bamboo poles with ribbons for decor.  Not sure if this helps but they were able to give me what I wanted.  Good Luck.
