Funky Wedding Venues in Central/Northern NJ?

Hey guys! I am looking for venue suggestions for cool wedding spots in NJ. I am not a huge fan of hotels and ballrooms but am having some trouble finding alternatives that are not astronomically priced - we're expecting about 200 people and need to keep it around 100/head (looking to have a date in November to cut down on cost as well). I am thinking places like wineries, old mills, that kind of thing. Right now we're considering Skyland Manor, but haven't found anything else. Your expertise would be very helpful!

My FI and I are in the same boat as you.  We did a lot of searching. Perona Farms in Andover is currently renovating their barn to have it as a venue.  Im having my wedding there in October '14 and they really worked with me in price to make it affordable.

I know these may not be central/north Jersey, but one of my top picks was Camden Aquarium as well as Bayonet Farms in Holmdel ($2,000.00 for the red barn rental, caters start around $5,000.00 to work in this space). I also really love Laurita Winery in New Egypt.

Thanks! We actually attended a wedding here last year and had a good time, but the town's major road runs right through it! My SO was in the bridal party and apparently had a not-so-great experience with the staff there, so I think that's off the list. It was a beautiful place though, so good luck with your special day!
