Baby shower locations in NJ

Hi ladies I am looking for some restaurants in Union County for a baby shower.  We are thinking of doing a saturday or sunday brunch for about 40 people.  We would like to keep it around $20 pp.  Is this realistic?  

I went to a bridal shower at the Galloping Hill Inn in union and I thought the food was pretty good does anyone have any reviews?

    Galloping Hill is nice but you have to have over 50 guests.  Here's my list:

    The Westwood- Garwood-you have to have over 50
    Tristinas in Cranford
    Alipertis in Clark
    The Tavern in Scotch Plains
    Giovannas in Plainfield
    3 Guys from Italy  or Boulevard 572 in Kenilworth
    Water and Wine- Warren
    and if you are willing to do Middlesex Co. I recommend Vicenzos -we had an amazing shower there.

    I also just went to one at La Affaire on Rt. 22- that is very cheap, and the apps were great, but the main lunch was not.
