John Arcara, Heyn Photography, Photography by Rebecca

So we recently just met with photographers and have narrowed it down to these 3. Before we make a final decision (we want to do an engagement session soon), I thought I'd see if this board had any feedback...good or bad...on any of these photographers. I've read good things about John Arcara (did a search of his name within TK forums), but haven't seen much about the other two.

I have seen pictures by Photography by Rebecca and her photos were really great, that was a few years ago. You can still get great photos by a photographer not used a lot on the knot.

i was recently at a wedding where they used John Arcara. He did a fantastic job, and I know they were very happy.

I used Heyn Photography and could not have been happier!  Marissa and the girls of Heyn are so creative, professional and great to work with.  I cannot recommend them enough.  Let me know if you have any questions

I just used Rebecca for my wedding in October.  Our sneak peeks are up on her website (Lauren & Dan, with the purple BM dresses) and we absolutely love them.  We should get our proofs any day now.  We really clicked with Rebecca and Charlie and I let her manage the timeline on the wedding day, so I didn't have to worry about time and moving everyone around.  She is good like that, but you will need to relinquish a little control to her in order for it to work - but I liked that, it was less stress for me on the wedding day.  Of course, her photography is amazing but it's also important that you click with your photographer.  Let me know if you have any other questions!
