I really liked my airbrush makeup trial with Christine from  www.colormakeupstudio.com .  She'll be doing mine for my November wedding.  She travels and is reasonably priced.  As far as  hair goes, she gave me info on a couple of women she's worked with before (in my location) and can probably do the same for you.  Good luck.

I love love love the girl I go to for my hair and she did my friends makeup for her wedding and it came out perfect.  She works for Salon Rush in Mt. Arlington and her name is Nina.  I am not sure if she will still have availability but I cannot say enough good things about her.

I second christine from color makeup studio.  I used her for my dec wedding.  She was fabulous. 
For hair John from the John Anthony Salon he was great

Not sure where you're getting married, but I went to a salon and got both done there and was very pleased. It was also very affordable, imo, for my BMs.  It's Tantrum Salon and Boutique in Totowa.
