Hello, can someone please tell me what's included in your Viennese?

I'm looking back at my photos now ... various pies, cakes, chocolate-covered strawberries, cannolis, a chocolate fountain and the wedding cake. By the time I got out in the lobby to see it, a lot of it was already eaten so I didn't really see everything, but a lot of people commented that it was a TON of stuff.

This was for the downstairs room. Friends of mine got married in the upstairs room and I saw in their photos that they had a manned station (bananas foster, maybe? one of those dessert stations where they prepare something in a skillet in front of you).

I have always wondered this too.  I am getting married there July 2012 in the upstairs room and we are getting the viennese table as well.

There is so much dessert in the Viennese hour it is crazy!!  I got married in the upstairs room, and from what I can remember there were lots of cakes-cheesecake, choc. cake, cannolis, there was a chocolate fountain with stuff to dip, ice cream sundae stations, bananas foster station--I think that is what it is called--they did the fire show for my husband and I, and  the wedding cake.   They also had little chocolate shot glasses to drink Bailey's shots out of.   The Viennese hour is amazing!!  There is probably more that I am missing too.

Oooh, thanks for reminding me, Laurie ... we also had ice cream for the downstairs room, and the chocolate shot glasses too.

I didn't know we were getting all that, especially the chocolate fountain and the ice cream ... we had a little girl at our reception and I was talking to her family and she walked up with a little dish of ice cream and I was like, "Hey, where'd you get that?" (I thought our Viennese hour would just be cakes, and I thought she'd gotten a special kids' dessert from the waiter or something, haha.)

The Tides includes a lot in their Vienese! You can easily negotiate extra things in if there is something special that you want, like a flambe station!

We did not pay extra for the flambe it was included.
