Tipping Help!!

Our wedding is in two weeks and we are trying to figure out how much to put asside for tipping. Any help would be appreciated. I know this was posted before but can't find it. Also, do you tip a photographer who is the owner?

2 Dj's?
2 Photo's - Owners?
Florist? Or delivery person?
Limo?
Bridal Attendant?
Am I missing anyone?

    This is what I tipped... Dj-150 Photographer(owned company)-100 Video(owned company)-100 Florist delivery-50 Limo- price included tip but we gave the guy an extra 20 since we really liked him Bridal attendant- 100 Makeup-100 Hair-100

    Main DJ- $75, each helper $20 (4)

    Photographer $75

    Florist delivery $20

    Limo- included but we gave him $75 extra bc he was amazing (Santos)

    Maitre'd $400

    Church singer- $25

    Priest- $75

    Our personal waiter- $50 extra

    Hair/makeup- 30%
