How much did you/will you tip your officiant or priest outside of the church donation?
How did you go about inviting him or her to the reception?

He was a family friend.  We paid for his hotel room, since he and his wife are from PA.  They sat with his parents.

How much did you/will you tip your officiant or priest outside of the church donation? He told us his fee is $200. (Church fee is $500.)

How did you go about inviting him or her to the reception? My parents handed him his invitation after Mass--they've been going to his Mass for 30 years, he knows them well, etc.

Where does he or she sit? If he comes, he'd sit with my parents. He prob won't know anyone else, lol! I think that's the typical place--with the parents of whoever's church it is. (Although it may be different if you were using a another relative's church or something.)
