I am furious. I ordered our honeymoon books through Iphoto. 2 of the books arrived just fine (although not the best quality with random lines), but the 3rd, which is identifical was randomly cancelled without notifying. When I call they can't put me through to the printing services because they "don't take phone calls" and I have been on hold for hours...giving me wrong URLs, telling me I have to resubmit and order because the printer "couldn't read the font" even thought it was the STANDARD apple font that was pre-chosen for me and that the other books came in.
