Would you buy this?

For our pre-wedding bbq/pool party I thought it would be cute to get these glasses for my FI and I : http://www.bachelorettesuperstore.com/page/100/PROD/9000/1130225

Here is a picture where you can see both: http://www.purepartyonline.co.uk/product/LIGHT-UP-CHAMPAGNE-GLASSES-BRIDEGROOM,4623,296.aspx

Hes a beer drinker though and I dont know how manly this is (the other glass isnt shown but in black and white text it says groom to be and the bottom just lights up). I cant find any groom-to-be beer kozys, etc  So what do you think? Should I get it or is it a waste of money?

personally, I probably wouldn't spend the money but only you can decide if you want to.  If you really want them then go for it!

I think it's something totally unnecessary especially considering I would never use them again. Just my opinion.

Definitely, definitely not my style, but what we think shouldn't matter.  If you like them and you'll have fun using them, why not?

Honestly, what's like $30 in the course of a wedding.  If you think it's cute, go for it!
It's not that much where I would think twice if it made me happy.

Personally I think its a waste of money and then you have to store them or toss them after the wedding. Also not really my style. But if you love them then go for it.

haha thanks- rationally I know they are a waste of money and other then the engagement party wont use them again (well I probably would just because its a glass but he wont), and I doubt he really wants to carry a glass like this around, so I wont get them. But the good news is I had no idea how to spell koozie and now that I am spelling it right I found a cute bride and groom one for $3 I could get us for the party and we can always reuse a koozie :)

Why not make it more personal for the two of you? You could buy two champagne (or whatever beverage) and then paint them with personal messages for one another? (similar to the painted martini glasses you can see at macys and such)
