I absolutely love reading all the planning bios and getting ideas from them. However, the only way I seem to be able to access them is to click on the link in each girls' post. I noticed a lot of posts don't have the link to them. Is there an easier way to see everyone's planning bios that I am just missing?

Nope. You pretty much just have to click on the links in the bios.

My month board (October 2010) has a link at the top of their page that has a site with all the girls bios. You could check that out.

When the Knot changed formats, everyone lost their Knot bios (the ones you could access by just clicking on the person's user name).

I haven't seen many people build a Knot-hosted bio in a while ... most people who build a planning/married bio host it on an outside site, like Weebly or MyWedding.com or Google Pages. I personally didn't want to build a Knot-hosted bio because (a) the format is a pain in the _ass to navigate, and (b) I didn't want to spend time building something only to have it lost forever the next time the Knot decides to update its format.

Some Knot-hosted bios from several years ago (prior to 2008, I think) can still be accessed with an old URL. Just use this URL and type in the screen name in place of "njbrides" - but most of the bios supported under this format are from girls who have long since stopped chatting here: http://www.theknot.com/co_profileview.htm?profilename=njbrides

If people have planning bios to share, they usually have the links in their signatures. Other than that, your best bet would probably be to start a new thread and ask people to share their planning bios, or if you are interested in someone in particular just page/private message her and ask if she has one to share.
