I recently started going to a new dentist and he said that the in-house whitening (I believe it's a laser or something like that) actually isn't as good for your teeth or as effective as the at-home trays.  I got a really good deal on them from him and within a week of using the trays I had already begun to notice a huge difference.  If you're in the Hunterdon/Somerset County area, check out Dr. Brenner.

<div>I agree with peaches, the trays work well, I've been using them for about 4 months.  Also in terms of price I've heard the bright smile was somewhere around $1000 where as my trays were $250.  </div>

My teeth have the senstivity problem, so for as much as I spend on the Listerine strips I can avoid that AND have purple toothpaste?

CVS makes a whitening gel that you use nightly for 2 weeks (brush on) and works REALLY well!

I use the strips, usually a double dose back to back, 60 bucks over 2 weeks and it really works well.
