I didn't use too many NJ vendors, but for the ones I did use..
Reception: The Manor, West Orange NJ. From the moment my now husband and I saw this place we fell in love. We got married outisde in their garden and it was just beautiful. They made the whole process so easy from the moment we signed with them. Everytime we went in for meetings, they treated us so nice. We ended up being the only wedding on our day so they gave us the option to upgrade to the larger rooms, which we did, and it was AWESOME. The service was amazing, not only for bride and groom, but I was told by guest that the service for them was outstanding. I sadly did not eat too much but everyone told me the food was amazing! I showed them a picture of a cake I wanted and they matched it exactly! And "OMG" was the first thing I said when I saw it, it was so pretty!! And it tasted so good! Everything was amazing, from the looks, the food, the service. I could not have been happier with this place. And for the price you can not go wrong!!
DJ: Dash of Class, Oldbridge NJ. I recently read some not so great reviews on dash of class, so I was a little nervous. However, they did great. The only thing was that my original DJ (Vito) who I signed with could not show up to our final meeting because of family issues and for the same reasons did not show up to the wedding. BUT, the DJ who we met at the final meeting did and he did AMAZING (Nick). I know DJs not showing up seems like a bad sign, but I'm telling you they did so amazing!! They had everyone up dancing! They got everyone into it! How and the amount the interacted was perfect! They were funny, cracked jokes! They listened to what my husband and I wanted and they did just that. My DJ made sure we were happy all night, always checking in with us. We could tell he wanted us pleased and happy with our wedding, and we 110% were! We also had them do our ceremony music which was wonderful, and got the uplighting package which looked amazing! I feel the need to say one more time, since I have read some "eh" reviews on them.. Dash of class, Nick specifically, did AWESOME! I would choose them again in a heartbeat. So good!!
Officiant: Rev. Richard Cash. We found him on short notice after our orginal pastor told us 3 months before the wedding he could no longer perform the ceremony. And honestly, I could not be happier that we got to use Reverand Cash instead! He was so sweet. I'm a shy person but he was so easy to talk to and made you feel so comfortable. He tailored the ceremony to what we wanted, he was very knowledgable about the whole wedding process. He was great, and I'm so happy we got to use him!

Hotel: Residence Inn of West Orange. This hotel is a little pricey, but it is beautiful. They were really easy to work with. The rooms are great. The included breakfast was really good! And if you get 15+ rooms booked, the bride and groom stay free. Since we got married at The Manor, having the hotel right next door made the whole day/night so much easier and was well worth the price!
