My life= crazy busy, so sorry for the lack of posts/involvement! So, update, I found my dress!! Woohoo, such a load off my shoulders. But I do have a question regarding getting it altered. I realize that this late in the game Olga may not be available, but what I really have a question on is how/when to call. I ordered the dress so I am not really sure what specific alterations should be made, so I wouldn't know what to tell her/them. Do you just make an appointment for whenever you should have the dress by? I have no idea how all this works, haha. I know you knotties will be able to help

Yep. . Just call and make an appointment and you can figure out everything you need at the appointment.

When I made mine, I had an idea that it's length would need to be altered along with having a bustle made, but Olga just said to come to the appointment and we'd talk about it all then at that point.

If you have a date for when the dress will be in. . I'd go ahead and make an appointment with whoever you're going to use. I'd also maybe give yourself a week or two incase there's a delay in shipment.

Thanks! I just called her, she seems to be quite the character! haha. But the good news is that she can do it! I have heard such amazing things, so I am really excited! We are doing the alterations in August for my October wedding. That seems to be a decent amount of time. She says she will be done with it in 2 weeks. So fast!!

The picture definitely doesn't do the dress any justice, it was hurried and the dress was literally 5 sizes too big for me, but I got it at Bridal Mart and it's a Watters/Wtoo dress. It was completely different from what I thought I wanted but I just fell in love! Gahhh, it's so real now!

Hey Jennie!!! Congrats on getting your dress!!! I made an appointment with Olga and I will be getting my dress altered in August too for my September wedding!!! I was scared she wasn't going to be able to fit me in, but she did!!! Congrats on your big check!!!

I'm so relieved that Olga could fit me in!
