Cheap wedding venues Near Downtown Charlotte

Any recommendations on a wedding venue near the city. Our total budget is $10000 including everything. I don't want to use a hotel, but I would prefer using a place that does some of the footwork for me. I'd appreciate any suggestions. Thanks!

Check out the Van Landingham estate. They offer Friday and Sunday packages at a cheaper rate than Saturday evenings. They take care of the food, beverages, basic linens, place settings, tables, chairs, etc. Plus, the place is so darn beautiful, it requires very little as far as decorations. It's about two miles from center city in the Plaza-Midwood neighborhood. The Morehead Inn (also very close to Uptown) is owned by the same people, again a beautifully decorated historic home.
