Married Girls: How long did it take to get your photos back?

Or to see the proofs online. My photographer said the album depends on how long we will take to pick the pictures we want in them but I wanted to know about the proofs.

I'm not married yet, but my photographer said that he has the DVD of pictures to us within 30 days of the wedding.

Our photographer is Jason Rhee... at the end of the wedding day, he said he'd have some of our photos on his blog within about 3 weeks and then the rest of the proofs ready for us in about 6 weeks. Friday was 3 weeks, so I actually just emailed him this morning to check on them, and he said he'd have our photos on his blog by tomorrow night, and hopefully the rest of the proofs by the end of this month.

As far as your photographer, they should be able to tell you roughly how long it will take to get your proofs. Every photographer is different, and it depends on how busy they are, etc.

My photographer had a sneak peak on Facebook the next day. I had my proofs ready to pickup in 2 weeks.

I was blogged a week later, and got my proofs a week after that.

Post on facebook as well as proofs available online the next week, printed proofs were about three weeks later.

Not a "girl" here, but cindy is right, every photographer is different, what does your contract say?  You should be getting them within 2 months.

Ours is clearly outlined in our contract 4-6 weeks

Most of the photos were up online within 3 days, and we had our album and cds of all our photos within 2 weeks.

1 week  I got my proofs cd and book. 2 weeks for the thank yous and individual shots, but It took longer for the album 4 months...
