Help needed - Timings?!?

Hi everyone

I havent been on here for ages but I have done LOADS!

Today I have confirmed my flower and cake vendors (Flowers by RIchard and his wife Lynn - who I must say have been AMAZING so far, so helpful and seemed to really understand what I wanted)

Ordered evening dress - eBay - just waiting for it
Ordered bridesmaids dresses - JJs House just waiting for them
Booked all flights and honeymoon - el dorado, royale in Mexico - it looks like paradise!!
Booked NYNY - marquis suite in the facebook page sale saved $200!!!
Started making hen do costume for UK hen do yesterday

The only major things I have left are rings, transport and boys clothes. I am so happy I am nearly sorted!!

Had a question for all you vegas brides - what did you do as your running order for the day?? I want to do a 'vegas photoshoot' but have no idea how this works - where to go - when to go etc and I cant get my head around how to make it all work. The details I have so far are:
Booked Bently and Wilson for 8 hours
Hair and makeup starting early btu will do BM first
4:00pm - guests arrive at Pauite
4:30pm - ceremony
5:00 - 8:00 - drinks at Pauite (photos in the venue)
I want to do my cake at Paiute I think - is that weird?!?!
8:00 - 12:00 - Stratosphere for 3 course meal in private room
Onto a club or something - dont know where as it is a tuesday night I have printed a list of all the opening times and nights for all the vegas clubs

I can probably have a bit of movement on times as it is so far away but I dont know how I am going to logistically do the photo tour - what is the 'norm'??

I dont think I really want the guests trapsing around vegas with us - but no idea how long the photos would take.

HELP!!!

I would ask your photographer what they think. They do this all the time so they will know how long it will take, the best places for shots, etc. I would do a "first look" and do all of your tour photos before the ceremony. I don't think it is weird to do your cake cutting at Paiute. If you do the first look you won't need much time after the ceremony to take more pictures. I would cut the cake early though.

Yeah I think I will email them today - I didnt really want fiancee to see me before ceremony otherwise the first look would have been the perfect solution.

    Thanks
