Chapels/Sites - B.Y.O.Photographer?

Hi Ladies!

I am just starting to plan my small destination wedding in Las Vegas. I'm looking for a chapel or ceremony site that will let me bring my own photographer (and possibly my own officiant). Do any of you know of any spots that will allow me to do this?

</div><div>It was very important for me to bring my own photographer and it was sooo hard to find a place where I didn't have to use what they had. Looks like the Spring Preserve may let you bring your own photographer but I didn't get that far into the planning part since they didn't have my day available. </div><div>
</div><div>I'm having my wedding at The Platinum Hotel and they allow you to bring your own photographer and officiant. This is the best place I've dealt with and the easiest to work with in regards of flexibility. All of they other ones what to nickle and dime you with their vendors and some of them are not even good. </div><div>

I'm getting married at Planet Hollywood in May and they will let you use your own photographer for a fee of $150.00.  I don't know about the officiant but the girls there are fantastic and respond to emails very quickly.

Smokey was able to supply her own photog at Golden Nugget.
The only places I know they will let you bring your own officiant, is Platinum, Springs Preserve, or probably if your rent out a ballroom, club or restaurant.

I did have my own photog BUT I didn't get married in the chapel, I was married in a ballroom.  Check with many of the hotels that say "no photog" and confirm if that is in their chapels/ceremony sites.  Many of them can't prevent you from having one inside a ballroom, but they can prevent you from taking other pictures on site.  Note that I had a hotel photog during my ceremony because he came with my package.  He did many of the ceremony and all of the formal shots.

Also, I had my own officiant too and we LOVED him.  He was so awesome.

I am getting married in a few weeks at the Silver Sky Chapel at the Imperial, and I am able to bring my photographer for $150. The chapel was recently renovated, and looks awesome (and is also cheap!). The Flamingo also allows photographers for $150. Call and talk to Kris- she is awesome!
