Day of timeline

Well I am 9 days out, and can hardly keep a thought in my head.  But I would love to see your timeline for the day of.  We are not having a DJ so I am kinda of in charge of the night.  Any help would be great. Any last advice would be nice also.  The thought of packing has me so overwhelmed.

I just made an excel spreadsheet down the one side I listed the times of the day by half hour and then across the top I listed the people and then just listed what that person should be doing at that time. I could email you if you want it. I only did it up to the time of the ceremony

I feel like this is an important part that is left out. I didn't realize this until I met with my coordinator a week ago to discuss a time line. We went over my appts (hair and M/U), what time I should be in my dress, time I'm suppose to be before, during cocktail hour. Also, she asked me how we wanted to include during the reception/dance and established what times would be good for each event, ie. cake cutting, tossing bouquet. I'll ask if she can email me a copy.
