I wanted to know if anyone has had them customize their cake? I really like their "Vegas" cakes but would like to have it match my STD and Invites, which are more of the Ivory and Sepia Color Pic's of Vegas.... They are hard to get by e-mail, so I just want to get a general idea of how they were to work with....TIA :) April

    I didn't get a customized cake....but they are better on the phone. I would call them.

    Yeah I was surprised at the level of service. FI and I had spent forever deciding on the three tiers of cake....and when I called they said they couldn't do cheesecake in a tier cake.....I felt like a deer in headlights. The lady was super nice and incredibly patient as I tried to quickly come up with another choice. What did you decide to go with?

    I really like the Mr. & Mrs. Las Vegas, but was not completly sold on the colors, but the guy I was talking with said it would be no problem to change the colors, etc. around.....So on my next trip out there (hopefully the next few months) I am going to bring in my Invites and see what they suggest for the colors, but still need to decide flavors??? So I will wait on that until I can taste:)

    That's the cake we're getting :) We did these for the tiers: Top: Carrot cake w/ cream cheese fillingMiddle: White cake, rum wash, bavarian creme filling, raspberry pureeBottom: Chocolate cake w/ choc. mousse filling Let me know what you thought of the cake tasting after you go. I'm super excited about the cake....I think that's all I'm going to eat haha. They have tons of options listed on their website. This is one of the only areas of the wedding where I wish I lived much closer to Vegas or was at least taking a trip out there before hand....I think actually going and tasting all the cakes first hand would be sooooo much fun.

    I like the flavors you have picked! yummy! LOL....You just might make it out there before me!! But.... I really want to get out there so I can tast the cake and maybe even have Masterpiece Cuisine booked by then so I can taste the food too! yummy....Guess I will be hitting the gym hard before that trip! :)

    One of my favorites from our tasting was the almond cake with amaretto filling.  It is not something I would have picked from a list, but when we tasted it we both agreed it was awesome!We had that, red velvet with cream cheese, and then chocolate with bavarian creme and raspberry puree.  Yum!  I want cake now.

    Yuuummmyy!! Ok...all of this cake talk has me wanting CAKE!! LOL.....Thanks for the recommendations! I can't wait to go for a tasting now :)
