NWR: annual review!

eek annual job review at 4pm today..hard to believe I've been here for a year already! i am not worried about the review, but a little bit nervous because i plan to ask for some changes in my current role and for some extra vacation next year...and if it goes well, i may ask for a raise or extra expense money.

Good luck! Talking about money is always scary for me.

In my interview the other day, the director asked how much I wanted to be paid and I got so uncomfortable. But luckily she said that what I asked for wasn't unreasonable.
