Beach Wedding

Hello Again!
Gosh, im on here alot haha
Well, we decided to do a beach wedding and either have our reception at Pine Knoll Shores Aquarium, The Ocean Club, etc.
What are other things i need to know about a beach wedding?
Where are some good reception areas?

    Would you not be using the aquarium as the reception site as well if you went with that?  We were leaning towards doing that but it was out of our budget unfortunately.

    If your ceremony is outdoors have a backup plan for rain!!  We didn't do this, and it POURED the night before, I was terrified of what Saturday morning would bring.  Thankfully it was a cloudless day because I have no idea what I would have done if it was still raining haha.

    Also, if your wedding is during hurricane season, I strongly suggest getting insurance in case you have to cancel!
