RSVP wording?

I am starting to finalize the wedding invitations. I am wondering about the RSVP card: would it be too much to ask the guest when they are going to fly down and leave? So it would be something like this: (I might play around with the wording, but is it too wordy?) RSVP Name: (I might personalized them?? I don’t know yet) Attending: Day and time of arrival: Day and time of departure: Hotel:

You dont think its asking too much out of the guests? I almost feel like I should ask for their flight number and first born... I think my nerves are starting to get to me. We are inviting over 140 people, and well as of right now 60 have said yes, but NO ONE has yet to book anything. I guess I will feel comfortable when they RSVP as well as reserve their flight and hotel :) I am not stressing right now, but I know I will be. Thanks... for thinking it might be a good idea.

I think it would be a great way so that you have an idea of where everyone will be:)

It's a great idea, but people may delay getting their responses in if they don't know where they're staying, so you may need to make some calls.
This is a neglected planning bio.
This is a belated married bio, with no reviews yet because I'm lazy.

Sometimes I feel like people think that brides are delicate little flower princesses who get all dressed up and pretty for one special moment of their dreams, when really they're just normal people who just happen to be getting married. Things shouldn't have to be sugar-coated for grown-ass women. -mstar284

We were actually going to do this too, but we had mutliple events on our RSVP so it was just too much info.  I think it's a great idea.

I'm renting a shuttle to pick up people from their hotel to ceremony so sending an email to ask them if they want to be picked up was my way of trying to find if they actually booked a hotel. You can just ask for their RSVP and ask them for an email. Then everyone that RSVP'd yes, send an email later to ask them when they're arriving and what hotel they're staying at.
