Hi, I noticed that you are having your reception at the Apex suite. I have checked on the Stardust suite at the Orleans, the Crib suite at the Palms and both don't allow outside food or bevs and we are on a budget!! You are having outside catering and bringing in your own drinks right? How many people are you having at your reception? If you don't mind me asking what are you paying for the room? Did you book the suite through a reservation person or the wedding department? If you don't mind could you email me contact info I have called and left a message and no one has got back to me yet. Hi! We are super excited about the APEX room. I called the regular reservation line about 3(?) months ago. I either got a very nice person, a person who booked it without knowing I couldn't or the rules changed just after I booked it. I have seen a few ladies in the past month say they are no long able to rent that room. I THINK THAT STINKS! I paid just over $1000 for it, for one night. I have had A LOT of help from 6to8, and I mean TONS, she is a life saver. She assured me things are very smooth at PH and no need to worry about bringing outside food into that room. We are getting food from Jason's deli, I haven't figured out the formality of that yet, but it will be heavy app's, small plate, walk around kind of food. We are in fact bringing up our own drinks, we havnt figured out how we are going to chill them yet, we are thinking tons of ice in the bath tub will do. (hopefully!) we are providing beer and wine. --We are expecting about 75 people. Anything else, I'd love to help!

You're right they don't allow the APEX suite to be rented out anymore...sad Back to square one, I like d the Stardust and Crib suites but they don't allow outside catering so they will cost us a lot more... Thanks for your help!!
