Nevada-Las Vegas

Poll: 1 photo location

If you could take photos at 1 location in Vegas, where would it be and why?I am trying to figure out where I would like our family & friends to meet us to take our group portraits.

Either Venetian or Paris. Probably Paris.
This is a neglected planning bio.
This is a belated married bio, with no reviews yet because I'm lazy.

Sometimes I feel like people think that brides are delicate little flower princesses who get all dressed up and pretty for one special moment of their dreams, when really they're just normal people who just happen to be getting married. Things shouldn't have to be sugar-coated for grown-ass women. -mstar284

That is at the bellagio pool area.

Depends on what you want! I'd likely go for Freemon Street,  for the old school Vegas, neon look.

Why go on the strip? I think it's way too crowded and from what I've heard, security will come and mess up your shoot. Check out Red Rock Canyon, Calico Basin, Spring Mountain Ranch, or Frank Lloyd Park. Even the golf courses in Vegas are AMAZING, but I dunno if they let you take pictures unless you're getting married there. Better still, you have these amazing backgrounds without a bunch of tourists and you can take your time.

If you want something off of the strip and beautiful I would say go to Green Valley Ranch.  On the strip I would say Venetian or Paris as well. If you want old school go down to Fremont but be warned I have seen brides down there and their dresses get so dirty. ;-)

I am not looking for anything in particular, just wondering where you would do it. We are looking for something with a beautiful background (not necessarily hotels)... Something similar to the Bellagio arches pictured above but that we can fit everyone into. Freemont Street we will be doing night photos with just the two of us, so we are looking for something a little different.

Green Valley Ranch gave us no problem when we went there for Prom pictures with my daughter. They have a beautiful stair case outside a glass bridge over the pool a small vineyard area that is awesome for pictures. The lobby is quite posh with big overstuffed chairs and such. I will upload some pictures of her when I get home since I have none here at work

one of my faves was outside a pawn shop, near Freemont Street; we were walking from the chapel to grab a beer, and my photographer wasn't going to overlook the oportunity!
