    That sucks! Hopefully it is just a misunderstanding and not a case of there are no photos! But it seems shady!

    I agree, show up in person.  I wouldn't even call first.  Sometimes it's easy to push off an unhappy customer on the phone, but in person you have the potential to affect current sales.

    Still no disk in the mail. I am going to her house tonight to pick up the disk. I'm glad that my photos aren't lost and I'm hoping that this really was just a big mistake
