Strip lights?

Hi knoties..does anyone know what time the strip starts to light up at night in late September - particually the NYNY?  We're planning pictures outside and need to know what time the Brooklyn Bridge lights turn on. Thanks!

We were there this year at the end of September and I would say it started to get dark at about 7-7:30.
