Hi - So question, I'm trying to figure out our day of timeline and am wondering what time I should put down as a suggested time for the guys to "get ready". Our photog is coming at 1:00 and the shuttles are picking everyone up including the guys at 4:15. Myself and the girls have a limo and are going earlier as we are not seeing each other before.

I know all the guys won't probably totally get dressed together, but more like putting on ties, bouts, doing a shot perhaps, and I want some pics of that. Since we're not doing a first look I assume the photog may take the guys downstairs for some pics of just them too. What time do you suggest for them? There will be food and some drinks in there as well.

Also, do you think we should get them a limo too or is riding on the shuttle with the others just fine? I kind of think it would be nice, but we didn't really budget for it either, so don't really "need" it persay. The bridesmaids will be riding back on the shuttles with everyone (us and Todd are taking a limo to stop for pics at the Cosmo).

I dont think the limo is necessary if it's not in the budget; guys don't tend to care about that stuff that much.

So anyway, I had four groomsmen and we all wore tuxes.  I think I had all the guys meet at my room between 9:30 and 10am just to make sure they were all awake and not somewhere puking from the night before.  Fortuntaely everyone was mostly on time.  We just hung out watching baseball and having some beers until Jason's Deli showed up with the food and then Debi showed up with all of our tuxes pressed.

Wedding was at 4pm and the plan was to be in Mix in the back room around 3pm so my wife could come in after that and wrap up getting ready.  I sent all the guys back to their rooms around 1pm and told them to be back at my room at 2pm.  We had videographer and photographer in my room from noon on so they were just shooting us hanging out, opening my wedding gift, etc.  They ate while I got showered and then all the guys were back on time.  It took us about 30 minutes to get ties, cufflinks, boutonnieres pinned on, etc. so we were ready to go by 2:30. 

We left the room a little early becuase I wanted to do a reservoir dogs shot of us all walking through the casino lol.

Thanks for the input, will hav to figure it here, maybe ask Todd what time he thinks. Hoping there are games on for our guys too as they're all sports guys
