Any ideas for an outdoor venue possibly barn like in or around Charlotte area???

Check out the Leroy Springs Dairy Barn, its in Ft. Mill, SC or Latta Plantation in Huntersville, NC

Latta is really pretty. I remember going there as a kid to play at the park, trail ride, have birthday parties and watch horse shows
