Dinner/Reception

Hello!!

I'm new here and FI and I have just decided we would like to get married in Vegas, we are thinking we would most likely have between 10-15 people including us at the wedding.

My question is do you think it would be necessary to have a full-out reception somewhere for that size group, or do you think a reservation at a resturaunt would be just as suitable??

Thanks for your help!

I think you should look into getting a private room to have your dinner.  There are a ton of great restaraunts to fit any budget that have private rooms. One of the girls here should have the link to Vegas FAQ's in her signature.

I agree with the previous posters. We are having about 30 people at our wedding.  I knew that I didn't want a large reception with a dj and dancing, but I did know that I wanted some privacy for our dinner.  We ended up booking a private room at Canaletto.

I think that for 10-15 people a restaurant reservation is fine. If it were me I'd look into a place that has semi-private diing rooms. That way you're not in the main dining room, but you're also not responsible for a minimum spend like you would be in a private room.
