Venues in Wilmington area

Any suggestions for ceremony/reception venues in the Wilmington area? Planning for next fall and on a small budget. I'm not super picky or fancy! We will have about 130 guests...Southport Community Center is booked that day and I'm looking at Poplar Grove now.
Any suggestions on anything would be most welcome!

    not sure if you'd be wanting to travel a little ways away but that's an option


    I'm sure there are nice places in Wilmington to have one too though. The beach even in the fall is nice.

    I just recently did a wedding at the fragrence gardens in Wilmington and the did their reception at Captain Bills reception area. The fragrence garden is beautiful and has a ton of possible spots to use for a ceremony. The couple rented chairs and had them delivered, set up  and then picked up when they were thru. Captain bills was a great reception site as well. Great food and very friendly staff.
