How was your weekend?

Ours was busy, but good.  We sat down last night and made a list of all the little things left to do, oh goodness, it's a lot.  FI likes it when I make a list of all the things bouncing around in my head, because it gives him an idea of how he can best help :)

I can't believe my ticker has stopped saying "weeks"

    That is so exciting that your wedding is so close! I hope everything goes smoothly for you this week. 

    My mom went to the Diamonds Bridal auction this morning and they have my dress! There were only about 8 dresses there in a size that would fit me and of those dresses one is the one I was planning on ordering from Bridal Mart in a few weeks.  Now my mom is there waiting to bid on it. Fingers crossed that she can get it for a good deal!

    My mom said there were at least 100 people there.  My dress went for $387 which was more than I told her I was willing to spend since it was Ivory (instead of white), a sample, and a size bigger than I needed.  Still it added some excitement to my morning!

    Also Bridal Mart is going to price match my dress to Pearl's place so I'm still getting a good deal.  :)

    Yay! Mary you're so close! So exciting. :)

    I brought my dress home this weekend! It was a whirlwind day in Charlotte, we had to run back by the tailor's twice so they could fix some minor things and I could take it back to Chapel Hill that day so I wouldn't have to drive back down... but it's in my closet and I love love love how it turned out! (They were doing some minor cosmetic things to it and shortening the straps so it wasn't so cleavage-y.)

    Less than three weeks to go for me... craziness.
