In-Suite per person fee

We just reserved the L Suite at THEHotel MB for our reception. On the reservation contract it mentioned that if we exceed 4 people there would be a $35 per person fee. Has anyone ever came across this problem? It worries me i would hate to come across a fee like that when i plan on having 50 people!! YIKES!!!!!!

    I am sure that charge would only apply if more than 4 people were sleeping in the room.

    yeah my coordinator just confirmed its okay and only applies if my guest stay the night. Guess i should have thought that through before posting! hahaha Thnx ladies.

    I love this, this is totally someting I wouldv'e freaked out on then slowly comprehended.. At first I was even like.. "Oh no! what is she gonna do?! That's a lot!" Ha ha silly *:)
