Isn't it bad etiquette to tip a business proprietor (depending on who you book)? Since they get all the profits and it isn't decided amongst owner and employee salary.
I don't think it's poor etiquitte, per se-- I think the rule is that you don't have to tip business owners if they're providing the service, but that you can (and should) tip them anyway if they provided exceptional service.

I would still tip if I was pleased with the service. Just a good karma bonus way to say thank you!
