Getting worried

So I'm getting a little worried. I'm getting married at Caesars and I'm trying to make another payment on my ceremony but I tried getting ahold of my coordinator 2 weeks ago and again last week but she has yet to respond so I was thinking she went on holiday or whatever and didn't tell anyone? Then I've been trying to call the actual chapel and every time I call no one answers and I have yet to hear back (and yes I've left voicemails).

=/ Like you'd figure they'd want their money. This happened with CoF too for whatever reason and when I finally contacted them to cancel the ceremony they had told me they had already cancelled it before I even asked them to.

Ugh, is the whole office out for vacation or something?! lol

im sorry you having issues.  i would say call hotel and have them transfer you maybe if coming from inside hotel be diff.  can i ask which site at cesars you having and why did you cancel COF.  im looking at both those

They usually answer the phone in the mornings if they answer the main line at all. You have to literally call them all the time before they will pick up.

I was very frustrated with them on many occasions when I was trying to get a hold of my WC.

southerncutie- Maybe, I'll give that a try. We're doing the Venus Garden and I cancelled with CoF because my coordinator was always really rude with me (she recently left though), we didn't expect as many guests, and we ended up changing our mind and deciding we wanted something closer to the strip.

which wp did you have at CoF? and you said they had already cancelled you? had you put down a deposit by then?

I'll be staying in the Augustus Tower in about 2 weeks where the offices are located. I'll peek in the offices to check to if there's anyone is working.
