Yeah happens quite a bit I've noticed. =/

I believe TK runs an array of servers and some of them are not always up to date with the main one that holds all the posts, so a lot of times you'll see a post come and go even if you refresh over and over.  I recommend waiting 30 minutes before re-posting because it may show up.
