After seeing Meredith's gorgeous video :)...

I was hoping some of you could tell me who you used for your videographer and the ballpark price if you're comfortable sharing. It would help me out a lot!

    Keith from KA Studios located in Charlotte.  He traveled for our Raleigh wedding.  We spent about $1500 roughly and I'm sure his prices have gone up.  He was amazing!!  Here is our highlights video: http://vimeo.com/5385221

    We used Brian from CJ Productions in Raleigh. There's a link to my highlight video in my planning blog. He was very professional but laid back at the same time. When we booked (a week before our wedding) he was running a promotion for 10% off most of his packages. I think we got a middle ranged package & we spent about $860 after the promotion. I'll be taking pictures of the packaging & posting in my newlywed blog sometime this weekend.

    We used Brantley from Ravenwood Productions. He is based in Raleigh, but traveled to Charlotte for our wedding. He was THE BEST investment we made for our wedding.

    We met with him one afternoon prior to the wedding at the site of our proposal/engagement to do an "interview" and for us to tell our story about how we met, which he included on our DVD The video was INCREDIBLE. The packaging was beautiful. And he and his wife did an amazing job. I hardly knew they were there because they didn't get in the way. And they definitely caught all of the things at the ceremony and reception that I didn't get to see as the busy, blushing bride.

    We paid $800, which was for the pre-wedding "story of us", about 8 hours of filming the day of, and 3 copies of the DVD. I highly recommend them.

    I am using Luana Productions in Charlotte.  I am paying $950 for 8 hours, 2 cameras, 4 copies of the DVD.  Frank is great!!
