We booked our flight months ago and paid the extra money to get a non-stop flight but a month later they added a stop into Salt Lake City.  Even though the flight wasn't non-stop either way they were good flights and no delays. TSA did take away our cake servers on the way home so be sure to pack them in your checked luggage.

Flamingo Hotel-C for service A for rooms
The rooms were nice. We stayed in a Fab room the first two nights and the new upgrades to this standard room are nice. Then we moved into the Metropolitan Suite which was huge. We stayed in this room for the rest of our trip and it was large enough to hold our Meet & Greet for 60 people. The only issue was that I couldn't get the spa tubs to work and the refrigerator was really small.  We had issues at check in for my family. I had called the hotel days before their arrival to make sure my mother could get in her room right  away because she has to be on an IV for multiple hours a day and they said that would be no problem. Come time to check in and they said that the room will not be ready till at the earliest noon when she got there at 7:30 am. I was very disappointed in the hotel stuff's sympathy over the whole ordeal.  Luckily I was already in my room and she was able to rest in there.  She did end up with a Go Room strip view that was pretty awesome but pricey.

Jason's Deli-A+
We ordered sandwich trays, fruit & cheese trays, and drinks for the Meet & Greet. They arrive right on time, set everything up and were reasonably priced. We were able to feed everyone and had food left over for less than $600.   Everyone loved the sandwiches.

Double Decker B us- A+
This is a must for every Vegas Wedding. We had so much fun. We got Elvis to be our tour guide and we stopped at the LV sign and the Bellagio Fountains. It was very hot in the bottom of the bus even at 9 pm at night but they  left the doors open to help with the heat we also provided drinks  We were hoping that we could have driven through Fremont street but my Mother-in-law got a little touchy with Elvis at the LV sign and held the bus up for a little while.

Debi fit for a bride-A++
Great vendor. They called when the dresses arrived and delivered the dress at the right time and they all looked great.

Harrah's Piano Bar- A++
We had my bachelorette party here on Thursday night. There was no cover that night and the entertainment was awesome.

Steeve Danielle: hair & airbrush make-up- A+
We had four girls come to the suite to do hair and make-up for 7 people. They were on time and listened to what we wanted. The make-up looked great and stay on the whole night in the heat. Our hair came out just the way we wanted and some even better. The only issue was after dancing all night my hair started to fall out but my hair is very heavy to begin with so I wasn't too disappointed.

Flamingo Wedding Chapel: Garden Gazebo -A+
I worked with Iliana. She was so helpful and answered all my questions in a timely manner. We got the Rose package and instead of getting the extra MOH and BM Flowers I opted to use clutches for the Bridesmaids and I made the corsages and boutineers out of fabric and playing cards which saved us lots of money and worked better in the heat. We also paid to bring in an outside photographer to accompany the chapels photographer.  Oh, I also forgot my marriage licenses in the hotel room so we started 5 minutes late because I had to send my brother to go get it.  Don't do this :)

Imagine Studios- A
This is the company that the Harrah's properties is now using for video's and photos. Much better than Cashman. I was very happy with their photos and the have updated the video's opening scene to be much more modern. Our photographer was very nice and knew exactly what to do. If I didn't already have another photographer I would have been just has happy with them.

Lucky Limousine-C
They did get everyone to the reception site but they came to the wrong lobby to pick everyone up so there was a lot of confusion resulting in being a little late for the reception. We booked them through Maggiano's and had never spoken to them directly.  Everyone eventually got there and no one had to walk.

Maggiano's-A++++
It was everything all the other brides said it would be. We rented out all three rooms and the balcony  for our 61 guest. I worked with Cassy during the planning process and she was so helpful and made the process so easy and fairly stress free. Our banquet captain was Kara and if there was any issues I didn't know about it.  During the event, I had a friend be the point person for any issues or questions so they went directly to her. I always had a drink and the wait stuff was always there if I needed anything. I think the wait staff had just as much fun as the guest. The staff was all dancing behind the bar!  There was soo much fun and the guest raved about all night and whenever I talk to them. We used limited decorations and special linens to make the room our own.

Freed's Bakery- A+
We ordered a cake through Maggiano's. It was chocolate and Bavarian cream. It was soo good. We just got a 6" cake to cut and then had the Maggiano's Sweet Table for the guest. We took the cake back to our suite and some of our guest finished it off the next day. They licked the plate clean.

All Night Long: DJ & up lighting-A+++
I think his name was Lance. He was great. We booked them through Maggiano's since they were a preferred vendor. They had all the songs we wanted and the dance floor was never emptied. He kept everything moving along.

All Jersey Studios- A
My husband's uncle owns his own successful studio in New Jersey so he came out to Vegas to take our photos. He was with us both nights and got lots of amazing photos. He was a little hard to hear over all the background noise and this was his first destination wedding so it was hard to keep him on time. It was nice to have pro photos of all the events.

Re: Reviews 6-29-12

Glad to hear you were happy with imagine too! They take MUCH better pics IMO

    The metropolitan suite is one iteration of their 'go' suites; there's a regular go luxury, go mini, go cosmopolitan, go neopolitan and go metropolitan.  There are very limited numbers of each type, for the metropolitan, only 30 of them in the whole hotel and they don't book them through the website, you have to call; I think they like to hold them for high rollers so they may charge a lot to book it.

    Search for metropolitan suite on YouTube...it's so nice!
  • Oh my goodness, I'm an Iliana WC bride too!!! I think she is so amazing!!! I have corresponded with her so many times over the last few months with my random questions while I was deciding on a vendor, and she has continued to be helpful since I booked. I'm over a year out until my wedding, but I cannot wait to meet her! So glad to hear something from another bride!

I was able to book the suite through the wedding chapel, you have to get the manager's permission to get it. It does cost a lot about $800 a night. As far as flowers, I think you do have to pay extra for silk flowers but I made fabric flowers and I didn't tell them that I was going to do that and they didn't say any thing to me about it afterwords.
