Hi everyone!
While planning my own wedding, I am also helping my MoH plan hers for October 2012. She is having her reception in a very cool classic music hall / theater and they have a large projection screen available for her to use.
She had an alternate idea to the typical photo slideshow: splice together clips of black and white movie wedding scenes to play on a loop during the reception. The problem is, both of our knowledge of old films is very limited.
Can anyone suggest some black and white movies that have wedding scenes in them? Right now we've received the following suggestions:
Father of the Bride (1950),
It Happened One Night (1934),
The Philadelphia Story (1940), and
Gone With The Wind (1939).
We both greatly appreciate any suggestions!!!
