Hi-- Just trying to get an idea of what the cupcakes will cost..

Which companies do you know of that include a tree?

If you wouldn't mind, I would love to hear what you paid and for how many!!

    Retro Bakery charges
    • Cupcakes: $2.65/$29 per dozen
    • Mini Cupcakes: $12 per dozen
    They also charge a $20 deliver fee.  They will also have cupcake trees available for rent or purchase.   If you check out their website, they answer of all these questions. wwwretrobakerylv.com

    Since Retro was closed for our wedding, we ordered bundtini's from Nothing Bundt Cakes.  These were $16.50 per dozen and they charged a $12 delivery fee.  You would want to talk to the Eastern LV store.  www.nothingbundtcakes.com

    I was going with a guest count of 105, so I ordered 15 dozen bundtini's, our guests were big cake eaters.  We had maybe two dozen left the next day and a dozen of those were eaten before we left Vegas.  I paid $249.xx with tax, delivery and I negotiated a 5% discount because of the quantity we ordered.

    Oh and I forgot, I ordered a Cupcake Tree from www.cupcaketree.com.  Since we drove to Vegas I did not have a problem transporting it.  It does ship in a very flat box, so you could fit it in your luggage as well.

    I order my cake and cup cake from Retro Bakery . I spent about 100 .for one 6 in round cake one dozen regular cupcakes and two dozen mini cupcakes . Plus delivere.  my reception was at Maggiano's and they have a cupcakes stand that we where able to use free of charge.

    I've been on the cupcake hunt myself recently.. because I'm looking for red velvet with cream cheese frosting instead of buttercream the prices I've gotten are slightly higher than what was listed above. 

    So far, Cake Designs LV is the best at responding, does cream cheese frosting, and has a price I can live with at $3.25/cupcake.  But I'm also adding sugar diamonds to mine, so I'm sure that impacts it as well. 

    They do have a cupcake tower for rent for $25.  Delivery is $50 to the strip.
