Do you mean the one through The Knot?
I have not used it but I hear it's very unstable.

I wouldn't trust TK's online RSVP tool at all.  It's notoriously glitchy.

We are doing RSVPs off of our website. We are using the website from Wedding Channel (you can use your knot info to login there). We actually bought a domain for $10 and then redirected it to the wedding channel provided site. We just did that so we could have a simple URL that people would remember.

So far the RSVPs have been very smooth. People just enter their name and everyone in their party comes up. They put yes or no for them and hit submit.  There is also a meal option on there but we didn't use that. I then get an email telling me someone has RSVP'd and their info.  We only did website RSVPs for most of our guest. For the older people who don't use computers on a daily basis we gave them a RSVP with the envelope to send. I got lots of responses just a few days after invites went out from the website. Let me know if you have any other questions about it!

Does yours give an option to RSVP differently for people within one party?

Like if you invited me and H, and I could come but H couldn't, could I RSVP just for me?

Yes you can make seperate answers for each guest in your group. The only thing I have found that I don't like is that we couldn't figure out a way for people to type in someone's name if they have a guest. It's not a big deal b/c there are only a few single people coming. Their's say "Jane Smith and then Smith Guest". We will just have to ask those people who their guest is if they bring one.

I sent out cards, but also told folks they could rsvp on mywedding.com.  No one has rsvp'd on the website, yet, but folks have sent me personal emails.  Also using email for the rehearsal dinner.  That's working out well--and I have a phone number for folks who don't like to rsvp via email.

we had a small destination wedding and a wedding celebration when we got back from our honeymoon.  We sent out invites to both and had everyone rsvp on our website www.mywedding.com. it went very smoothly.  We created to rsvp sections for each event.
