I just got done signing our contract with Masterpiece Cuisine for a ton of really delicious sounding food which we think we will still add more to later cause there can never be too much food.
We also got our deposit down for DJ Godzilla, who by the way is so nice. So now we don't have to worry about trying to agree on what songs to put on an ipod playlist.

So excited, I leave Tuesday morning for Seattle to finally get my wedding dress picked out! We will also be deciding the bridesmaid dresses and having a bridal shower since it's my only time in Washington before the wedding. I'll be down there for 5 days I can only imagine what FI will be doing to keep his time occupied but I have a feeling I'll have a lot of cleaning when I get home.

Hope I wont be too sore on the plane, I'm doing a 10K tomorrow!

Yay! I plan on using MC, too. I haven't officailly booked them, though, bc I am not 100% sure I want to use the Vista anymore.

I would be woriied about FI cluttering up the house if I were gone for 5 days, too. I imagine there would be empty beer bottles everywhere.

Thanks everyone! I've been looking forward to dress shopping since I bough my ticket to go down back in January. I'm ready to check dress off the list!

Sara- we're getting the spinach and artichoke dip, bruschetta, cheese quesadilla trumpets, BBQ pulled pork sliders, gourmet beef sliders and crab cakes then we think we're also going to add the BLT filo cups and the blue cheese tart as well as a fruit platter. All of their food sounds so good!

Thanks! I'm a little scared of this 10K tomorrow, I was getting in to such good shape last summer then winter hit and I've been like a slug ever since so the reality of how bad of shape I've gotten in might be bitch slapping me tomorrow!

I think my mouth is watering mostly over the blue cheese tarts.

Yumm all sounds fantastic!  We were maybe going to add on the artichoke dip too, it was off their menu at one point, looks like it's back on, I remember one bride saying they accidently brought it and it was a hit!

Right now we're doing the brushetta, mini-sliders, crab cakes, cedar plank shrimp, Jack Daniels meatballs and fire grilled bourbon chicken, then probably adding on the dip, and getting veggie and fruit trays from Costco.  But now I just checked out their menu and there are a couple new items on there that look intriguing, like the mini mac and cheese deals, and the steak skewers!

What shops are you checking out while here in Seattle?  Hopefully there will be some decent weather by the time you get here.  Hope the 10k went well!

ETA: If your worried about being sore, take a warm bath with epsom salt, soak for at least 15 minutes.  It can help with the muscle soreness and stretch really well.

Thanks, I am a bit sore but not too bad. :)
I have appointments set up at I do bridal, Pearls and Lace, Lady Margarets in Puyallup, and Daivid's Bridal. It's going to be some marathon dress shopping but this is my only chance to go dress shopping cause it's just way too expensive to fly down from Alaska.

There's also an Alfred Angelo in SouthCenter that you could sneak down to if you want to look even more places.  It's probably less busy during the week than on the weekends.  I'm partial to I Do Bridal.  :-) It's where I found my dress.  There is a great cupcake place in Wallingford called Trophy Cupcakes if you want a sweet treat.

Thanks for the info. I forgot about Alfred Angelo, oh my I have so many places to go :) After all this dress shopping I will for sure need a cupcake and of course some Starbucks.
