Has anyone heard of any of these caterers?  They are located in Winterville but service a wide area.  I'm desperately trying to reach them, as I have contracted them, sent my deposit, am only a month and a half out from my wedding and now can't reach them!!!  I'm in PA which makes it even more difficult to reach them.  Does anyone know anything about them at all??  Going to post on all the NC boards.  Thanks for any help anyone might have.

Do you have an address for them?  I think it's time to send a certified letter asking for return of your deposit per the contract or outlining the contact you'd like to receive, etc.

I do have a remit to address and they have cashed 2 checks from me.  It's so hard to think clearly when I'm so stressed out!  I think that's an excellent idea, and I will do that ASAP.

I agree with Mary. I'd send a certified letter and try your best to get your deposit back and (while I know its stressful) try to find someone else to go with. This is very rediculous on their side of the deal.

Sorry you're so stressed. Wish I could help more, but I've never heard about them before.

Since you're an out of town bride do you maybe have a planner local to NC that can go beat down their door for you? I'm so sorry this is causing you so much stress! I hate when "professionals" act the complete opposite. How can expect to run a successful business?!
