Cake Question

So we have decided on LV Cake Designs and we are super excited to get our cake! I have a question about delivery... have any of you opted to pick up your cake instead? Is that just a nightmare waiting to happen? It's a $50 delivery charge so it's not outrageous, I'm just wondering what you all have decided on?

We opted to have it delivered. I know I emailed a past bride a while ago (sorry i can't remember who) and she had picked up her cake and said it went fine!

Im having mine delivered....just one less thing to worry about on the day of....and you can enjoy your wedding more.

Yeah, good point... I will have enough to worry about and I don't want to turn into bridezilla on my wedding day!

We had ours delivered and everything was great— just think of the delivery fee as peace of mind

I say delivery all the way! I don't trust myself, my clumbsyness kicks in at the worse possible time.
