Hi all...
Since I'm from out of town, the odds of me being able to taste the food at our reception venue are pretty low.  Who out there has had experience with this?
We're looking at the following 2 entrees...
Roasted NY strip with fondant potatoes and California roasted ratatouille
Grilled chicken with thyme demiglace, fingerling potatoes and mustard greens.
We're also looking at doing a few butler passed hors d'oeuvres:  the brie, mini beef wellingtons and the chicken skewers.
Let me know if you've had experience and what you thought!
